What are the type of support you offer?

If you have any problems with setting up your web site, we are available via email and support ticket system to help you out. We encourage you to check out the online manual (Knowledgebase), support tutorials  first since most of the common questions have been addressed there.

We encourage our clients to send specific questions with regards to their web site account through the ticket system, as it is the fastest way to receive answer with regards to your queries. It also provides us with records of communication that will be very helpful for us in solving your problems.
