I am unable to send and receive email?
If you are unable to both send and receive email, please open a support ticket and provide us more details:
1) How you are trying to send/receive email? Outlook? Webmail?
2) Which email client software you are using?
3) What is the error message?
4) And steps to reproduce the problem?
5) Including an email account login/password so we can test it from here.
6) Your computer IP by visiting www.myipaddress.com
Please submit this info in a support ticket and your issue can be resolved quickly.
